Thank you for letting us know about the slow loading issues you have experienced when trying to view MySchedule in the web agenda. The team has identified the issue and has resolved it. Should you continue to have problems, please let us know asap.

Also runs faster for me as well, thanks for the fix.
Wow! It is MUCH faster! Thanks!
Much better. Thanks.
Is there a PDF version of the agenda available?
The performance issues were bad back in Aprill when the agenda planner was announced and it's only gotten worse. I don't attend the conference every year, but each time I go ESRI reinvents the agenda planner but it never gets better and this year it's worse than two years ago when I last attended.
I reported the performance and other issues here in this User Conference discuss area back on April 22nd. There has been no improvement from what I can tell. Initially, IE didn't work so I moved to Chrome but not Chrome isn't working for me either.
I will try that.
as do I. But for some reason, following the instructions to log in to my AGOL account (which is different for then the geonet/myEsri/UC for me), editing "that" profile (from upper right corner) and saving, then logginout of that and going back to my geonet/UC/MyEsri account helped. Only thingI can figure is something got jumbled, since all are associated with the same email. Not the first time that has caused me grief, but this seems to have cleared whatever was causing it confusion, at least for now.
Not exactly sure I understand. Are you suggesting to use my AGOL account login or to NOT use it? I use the geonet/myESRI/MyUC for everything associated with the conference.

Follow those instructions....seems to help me. If you have two accounts, one for geonet/myEsri/MyUC and a different one for your ArcGIS Online account...still go thru the AGOL edit profile and saving....but sign in to the account that is associated with your MyUC in all the other places. Hope that makes sense...but it worked for me. Much faster now and the MyUC Agenda planner links work now!
Hi,
The UC website team is aware of this issue and the team is actively working on it. We will keep you posted on a resolution.
Thank you,
I have same issue and have resorted to using the app and reviewing it on my phone/ipad.
I have encountered the same problem on multiple machines at different offices. "My Schedule" is always really slow or doesn't load at all. Tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome.
Thanks, and thanks to all for your suggestions. I’ve tried everything browser-wise so far, but no success. I’ll try tablet next.

Isabel,
I like the idea of trying on a tablet/phone. Though, have you tried just letting it sit in Chrome and see what happens? Maybe give it 10 minutes (once you get to the warning message that suggest killing the page or hitting wait, hit the Wait button).
If you have acces to an iOS (and maybe android or window tablet), I seem to be having a little more luck with the application. but the browser version is extremely slow just to load, and wants you to log in, even if coming from the link in MyUc.
Tried that, Chrome, Firefox, two different computers. Cleared all caches. Always the same. Similar last year. Very frustrating.
esri seems to be an IE company, requiring it for some help... so give it a crack
Thanks Dan.
I have not been able to access my schedule in firefox or in chrome (even incognito).
It has been alluded that the Esri UC folks are not regularly checking this forum space. I am tagging Timothy Hales to see if he can pass this on to the UC website people.
EDIT: Spoke. Too. Soon.
I have been having issues in Firefox with no solution. Though, after trying in Chrome Incognito, and waiting about 4 to 5 minutes, I finally am able to see My Schedule. So maybe it just takes a considerably long time.
So moved
It seems to be hit or miss with this. I usually have issues when I am trying to look at "my schedule". I also get that error. But not everyone does. Have you tried clearing your browser cache for all of your browsers and tried again? Sometimes this helps. Either way, I think it will go slow.
It might be best to post this thread in the User Conference space.
