I changed a layer in my table of contents from an individual layer and moved it into a group of layers. I went to my webmap on Portal and the changes aren't there (old table of contents listing still the same). I set the refresh interval to 1 minute and still nothing happened. I then pulled in the service again into my webmap and the new ToC layout was there??? I'd rather not have to bring in a new service and reconfigure my popups. Any idea why my service isn't refreshed? Thanks.
