I have a field worker that keeps getting kicked out Survey123 and Explorer. Now can't seem to get him signed in. Also can't seem to submit anything through the portal

We just made the change over to Enterprise. Have a survey setup in Survey123 that I have fieldworkers using along with the Explorer App. Can't seem to keep one of the workers logged into these. Also one of the workers is trying to submit something through portal and kicks him out. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
