You can convert named user licenses to single use or concurrent use licenses, depending on what you had, in https://my.esri.com. You will need to log in with an account with administrative access. Then go to My Organization\Licensing tab. There is another tab on the left side to "Convert ArcGIS Pro Named User License". If you need access or do not see what you need, contact Esri's Customer Service department for assistance.
