My feature service layers do not show up in "my contents" or "add as a layer" from portal in a web map. Only the map image layer is available. I can add the URL from the rest services/feature server into my web map and it works fine. All feature classes and services are shared as Public. Any ideas?
I figured out my problem. I had to connect to Portal from desktop using the ArcGIS Administrator
