Usage Report for ArcGIS Enterprise "sent an invalid response"

Under Status > Dashboard, the Usage Report for Enterprise is giving an "ourURL sent an invalid response" (screenshot attached)

Could someone provide some insight into where this report is generated?

Our SSL Certs are configured correctly.
