We have an image service we overwrite every year with out latest imagery. We generate our own tile scheme in Pro when I go to analyze there's not errors but while the tile scheme is creating the caches we check the service and it says that there's a Incompatible with current basemap. Update: For anyone following or wondering. The issue was a clear projection mismatch. The solution was to create a referenced mosaic and set the coordinate system in the tool then use that to overwrite the image service. IT saves time from create an entirely new mosaic from the beginning.
