In ArcGIS Pro, is it possible to immediately display the window for entering attributes and then saving when you finish digitizing an item like QGIS?

There's also the attributes pane which lets you edit the attributes immediately after drawing. Cody's suggestion lets you front load before drawing.
If you want to frontload certain attributes but not all, you can right-click on the feature template, select "properties", then go to the attributes tab to set certain attributes to appear automatically without having to click that arrow.
