Elevation Profile - Experience Builder

Hi,

On ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, Experience Builder - Elevation profile Widget can create profile for the 3D DSM ground and for 3D BIM objects that are over and nearly under the ground. For objects that are further for example of 20cm or 1m or further, it doesnt generate BIM Object profiles.

That would be very usefulle for measuring how deep is the pipe.

Please any suggestion or solutions?
