Consider recommending that ESRI adopt the ACME protocol (Automated Certificate Management Environment). This would enable ESRI customers to obtain client certificates via ACME, which can then be used for authentication across devices such as servers.

I would second this request, especially given the updated timelines for certs going forward (TLS Certificate Lifetimes Will Officially Reduce to 47 Days | DigiCert)
