Create list of Polygon Names Contained in Larger Polygon

Hello,

I have a layer consisting of Dissolved Polygons. I now need to create a list of the smaller Polygons that comprise the larger polygon. Ideally this would simply be a string of values in a field, but as long as The data can be exported anything will work. I tried a spatial join but only got 1 of the smaller polygons per larger polygon. Any help is appreciated.

If @DavidPike‘s tip doesn’t work, I believe the spatial join tool should accomplish what you’re looking for.

The solution may be there somewhere, but I think I am missing it. Are the ArcMap solutions applicable to ARCPro?
