Cannot add new member in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1

We have recently upgraded Portal for ArcGIS to 10.7.1. After that we are not able to add any new members from Enterprise users. When we test configuration in Test Identity Store it is throwing error 500. The log says there is error in connection parameters. We have tried with different username but no luck.

Can anyone help on this.
