Syncing Field Maps to Survey123 that has related table

Hello, 

I have a hosted feature of predefined trap locations, I then have a Survey123 where records populate a related table based on a common field 'Trap Code' with the hosted layer and form. I haven't accounted for adding new trap locations to the hosted layer.

If I add a new trap location with a new trap code will this add a new option in the trap code question in the Survey 123 form?

Has anyone done anything similar?
