A great option to create a work flow including field users in Field Maps Designer would be to filter content to only include assets "Assigned" to the User with a Field Worker license. In this scenario a "Dispatcher" will assign Field Workers (Names) to Content. When that User logs into the Field Maps app the content will be filtered to only include assets assigned to them.
The original idea cannot be implemented with current functionality.
Please add dynamic filter functionality campox=username similar to ArcGIS Survey123.
