Where is the analysis option within map viewer? I hear it's in the settings toolbar, but do not see it. This is my settings toolbar:
Am I missing it?

If you do have the correct privileges, two other possible reasons could be that you don't have enough credits, or you don't have any hosted layer published to your organization.Check out this blog to learn more: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-blog/faq-why-don-t-i-see-the-analysis-button-in-map/ba-p/1346090

You will want to check with your admin for your org to see if you have a role that supports performing analysis or go under your profile settings > licenses > click on the i next to role and see if Spatial Analysis is listed.
