living atlas contents in portal for ArcGIS

Hi All,

I'm trying to add living atlas contents in the portal for ArcGIS 11.1. I tried as per the esri documentation, but as per the process, upgrade contents button is not showing after providing the AGOL organizational credentials. Esri Documentation Link and a snapshot is given below for the references.
