I tried adding a primitive override on "url" property of CIMPictureMarker so that I can use different SVG based on some attribute value but it just does not work. Is it now allowed?
This is not currently supported. I'd suggest submitting this as an enhancement request through Esri support or posting to ArcGIS Ideas. Thanks!
