3D Web Styles in ArcPro 3.03 will not Publish do to Restrictions

Hello, We have discovered that 3D symbols (residential, houses, buildings, etc.) that work as web styles in ArcPro 3.0 will not publish to Enterprise to be used in a Scene Viewer due to the error message

00328: Symbol <value> is restricted and cannot be shared

If this is not possible to use symbols that are compatible with ArcPro are there other open-source or purchase options for 3D symbols such as houses?
