My agency has created a shared update group. The permissions appear to be set up correctly (see screenshot below). Items like storymaps can be edited by anyone in the group. However, no one in the group can edit the dashboard I created and shared with this group. The edit option is not even available. According to other Community Questions and Esri blog posts, this should work.
