Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'version') after Portal upgrade to 10.9.1

Question

Hi,

After upgrade Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server from version 10.8.1 to 10.9.1, Apps built as 'Web Map Application' stopped work with a message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'version').
