Can ArcPro run on a M1 processor instead of intel processor? is there anyway to run ArcPro on the new 2021 MacPro?

Current state is yes with caveat that there is no legal license/RTU for the Windows 64-bit ARM build on Apple Silicon chipsets like the ARM M1, M1 Pro or M1 Max.
