I am conducting a base Enterprise deployment. I am deploying the ArcGIS Server Manager directory and configuration store. I get an error "Failed to create the site. Server machine 'https://GF.TOOLS.AVAST.COM:6443/arcgis/admin' returned an error. 'Could not find resource or operation 'updateConfigStoreConn' on the system.'
Any assistance on how to resolve this please?
Have you tried deleting the arcgisserver content folder and recreating the site?
