I'm using ArcGIS Entreprise 10.6.1, on linux. I would like to know if it's possible to upgrade the ESRI Javascript API to the latest version on the Portal server. Is there instructions somewhere on how to upgrade the JS API on Portal and Server ?

This is not a supported workflow, hence why there are no instructions to perform this task.
