ArcGIS Maps for Adobe 2.2.1 for Illustrator CC 25.3.1 not sign in!

Question

Hi,

I just upgrade my Adobe CC apps and installed the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe 2.2.1. In Illustrator 25.3.1, I open the menu Window -> Extension -> ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud and Sign In to my ArcGIS Online (User Type: Creator) account. It all should work but I have a freezing black ArcGIS Account window and nothing happen. Just as if the Sign In process could not perform...

Is it a know issue? Any workaround?

Any help appreciated.

An update to support Illustrator version 25.3 and later is now available for windows. Please see this article for more info and install instructions. Hope this helps.

ArcGIS Maps for Adobe is currently not supported on version 25.3.x. Please review this article for additional information and workaround. Feel free to let me know if you have additional questions.
