Public survey not working when published from enterprise

Question

Hi, I've used Survey123 successfully many times when creating and publishing surveys from ArcGIS Online (AGOL). But when I try and create a public survey from our work Portal I get an error when opening the survey on anything other than the laptop I created it on that says:

"This survey does not exist or is not accessible"

The survey is shared to Everyone(Public) and is open for responses.

Am I doing something wrong? The URL for the survey is https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/a60c43739bc74dc099a2147384693dfa?portalUrl=https://arcgisinternal.eastriding.gov.uk/portal

Thanks David, I'll pass that on to our IT team and see if they can fix it

HI Jon - you might have to enable anonymous access to the portal. If that is already enabled, then I don't know...
