Operations Dashboard - online version - list element Line Item Text

When adding a date field to a list element Line Item Text field in the online version of Operations Dashboard it would be useful to be able to format the text to be DD/MM/YYYY or DD Month (in text eg July) YYYY.

ArcGIS Dashboards is now out of Beta and this is considered to be implemented.
