How to direct a "select one question to another "select one question"?

Question

I have a list of locations, and a corresponding list of buildings at each location.  If you select, say location6 I want the next question to be a dropdown list of all the buildings for that location.  Then the surveryor selects one building after another, answering the subsequent questions. (all questions for each building/location are the same).
