Connection error on Android handheld

Hi there,

I 'm running Survey 123 for Android on a Android 7.0 handheld device.  When the App is launched, I do get prompted for my AGOL credentials.  Once entered and busy signing in, the App remain static and stuck on the authentication process indefinitely.  (screen spinning circle).  Have anyone else experienced this before? Any help or idea how to get past the authentication step will be appreciated.  Just to mention, all the prescribed URLs have been white listed in the firewall..

Hi Pieter,

Can I ask that you create a log file of the process on your phone?  See Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS ; instead of connecting to an AppStudio console, you can turn on logging while the bottom part still appears to be loading, which will log messages to a text file (which will be in the ArcGIS/AppStudio/logs folder).  If you could send that, we can see where in the login process an issue is occurring.
