Lost drop downs after Office upgrade

I upgraded to Office 2013 and now I none of the helper drop downs work. Any ideas?

Hi Doug,

Is this issue appearing in existing surveys, or have you tried with a brand new survey? I've come across this but it usually happens if I've copied and pasted into that field.
