After navigating between the "Photo" screen and the survey form the scroll resets.

Hi Schu-jing - the scrolling issue has been happening in Survey123 since as long as I can remember. I'm running 3.9.

The other issue isn't consistently happening so we're still trying to diagnose that.

What version of field app are you using?

Are the issue specific on iPad or other iOS device as well?

Could you provide the model and the version of iOS your iPad is running on?
