Help with Custom form report templates?

I am new to Survey123. I have successfully created several survey's. I have loaded some customer report templates for some of these survey's. My question is can you make the custom report show info for the same column from multiple records. For example I have a truck inspection survey that has the inspectors name in one field? When I built the template I expected to see all the inspectors names from each survey show up in one report, instead I get an individual report for each survey.

Hi Jeremy,

The Report (Beta) and Print Individual Response features are designed to print individual surveys records as full reports, not collate information from different survey records and print summary information. You can also print bulk reports via Report (Beta) feature, but each survey is still a new report.

You can use the Analyze tab on the Survey123 website to analyze your data and see it in a collated and summarized format for all data that exist for that survey.
