Custom Form Report

Dear All,

I've created a custom survey form using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS and would like to use the Custom Form report feature on the Data tab. But when I go to the Data tab and click on an individual record, I'm unable to use the Feature Report option. I've attached a screenshot below:

I am not able to use the Feature Report option given on top of the map.

Can someone please help!

Hello Maneesh,

At our latest Survey123 update, custom roles have a new permission that must be turned on to access Feature Reports. Do you know if you have a custom role? If you hover over the greyed-out Feature Report button, does it give you a message similar to that effect (about permissions)?

I would recommend reaching out to an administrator in your ArcGIS Online organization and reviewing the following blog. This should guide them through adding that permission to you, if the above situation is the case:
