How to link Survey123 Forms to points in ArcGIS

Question

What is the best way to link the historical record of Survey123 forms to a point in ArcGIS? My current line of thought is downloading the feature reports and linking them to the point as an attachment, but even with scripts that seems like a lot of steps. is it possible to set up a web-link to the data page on Survey123 with a filter already turned on?#

Hi Tom,

Please check this post which you can use a custom url with view mode to open the form:

With the url link, you can open the feature service of the point layer in webmap viewer and use the configure pop-up>Custom attribute display to add the url link to the point layer.
