Having trouble with a dependency statement

Hello, I'm having trouble trying to write an 'alert' statement that tells a User a field must meet a criteria based on another field's value.

Field names:

Ramp_Style
Running_Slope

Logic: Running Slope must be less than 5% when Ramp Style is BT or CT
