The publish button is not executing anything to complete my survey?

I have created a survey and the publish button is not executing anything, I do not get an error message or spinning wheel of any sort.

I have credits

XLSForm has no errors

I'm not sure how delete the question, so I guess I will post my resolution. Just had to update my desktop application.
