Help Publishing Survey's to Enterprise

I am having trouble publishing Survey123 surveys to our portal/enterprise. Within Survey123 the proper portal is added and logged into. There is somewhat of a connection because I can see Survey123 creats the folder within Portal for the items, but does not populate the folder with the feature layer or the form. I receive this error when trying to publish from Survey123:

Do you happen to have any fields that contain more than 32 characters?

To highlight a few errors that you may encounter when creating surveys in a Portal environment, please take a look at our documentation here...Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS.

If you do not have any fields containing more than 32 characters, it would be helpful to capture a log and provide it to us.  You can capture the log using the steps provided here Capture Log  and save to a .txt file.  Once you have the .txt file, please upload it to this thread.
