Use Survey123 with feature service. allow barcode functionality

Question

I have been looking at this link to create Survey123 surveys from an existing feature service Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

What I would like to do is use the Survey123 barcode feature to populate a field in my feature service. I cannot figure how I should configure the field in the database to all me to scan information into it from a barcode using survey123.

Any thoughts?

Hi Anna,

Barcode question will be a text/string type of field

Thanks Adrian, I'll try going through Survery123 group instead. And thank you for the blog post, I have already looked through that resource to no avail. I'll see if I can find answers elsewhere

This would work better if placed in the Survey123 for ArcGIS‌ group instead of the GeoNet Help.
