Default date/time in survey123; and not user input at all

Can we have the question of DATE/TIME as default and not user input it?

I understand that there is a way to  get the Default date/time using default , now and today ; However, Is it possible for user to not be able to change it at all?

You can make the question read only.

Or, better yet, if you are using Survey123 Connect to publish your survey, you can make it hidden.
