Is there any sample project for Pipeline Routing?

Can't help you directly, but suggest you move this using the Actions -> Move button to the right into the 3D Sub-Place (All Places -> GIS -> 3D) and also perhaps apply the tags "cityengine" and "3d".

Are you looking for pipeline data itself or the data you may use for routing? Such as a DEM, obstructions etc...
It is difficult to get hold of pipeline data for free, I have found. Only quite coarse data for smaller scale viewing is readily available.
But if you're in the US have a look at the following for pipeline location data.

I have all the data such as DEM, Pipeline other basemap features all are in 3D (with Z value in vertex from MSL). What I want to know that Can we use cityengine to show Pipeline routes in realistic 3D view with up and down folds, flanges, valves etc...
