Authorization Number

I just bought a Personal ArcGIS Licence, but I do not have an Authorization number to use ArcGIS. Where do I get one?

I got emails with my payment. But no authorization code to be seen. Just a line of numbers, no letters.

are you logging in to My Esri or ArcGIS Online?

but it doesn't seem right that you have no associated instructions to accompany your payment.

Check your Junk email just in case

Ok, I tried doing that, and it said I could not authorize my ArcGIS account to authorize ArcGIS Pro, because my account is a Public Account.

I am trying to practice with ArcGIS.
