Empty details section under question

Question

I have a survey and in the web view of 3 out of 8 questions is a Details section with just a - under it.

This appears under 2 multiselect questions and 1 Geopoint question in multiple languages. I can't figure out what is causing it on these three random questions and not the others and how to get rid of it.

Any ideas?

That did it. In my Chinese language section of the excel there was some characters that leaked into that box.

Details normally show when there is something entered in the "guidance_hint" column in in the xlsx form.  Did you check those to make sure you didn't inadvertently add a "-" or a space?
