I've created a complex survey with a lot of logic to collect sightings of insects in my area. The survey has a main section to collect things like volunteer name, date, weather conditions, etc. Then there is a repeat section that contains 15 fields like 'species' and 'count in section 1', 'count in section 2', etc.
One of our volunteers has seen many insects so she needed to create about 15 repeats. The form crashed after creating the 9th.
To troubleshoot, I started to remove logic, dependencies, linked csvs in the media folder, relevant expressions, etc one-by-one. I finally ended up with the most bare-bones survey - about three questions in the main survey, and 10 integer questions in the repeat. "Count in section 1", "Count in section 2", etc. up to section 10.
The form still lags at about 12 repeats when a user is entering data and crashes beyond 13 or 14. This is super simple stuff. Has anyone experienced this? I've got a ticket in with ESRI, but I also haven't seen much chatter about this kind of issue here, so I thought I would reach out to the community too. If I find a solution, I'll post it here.
