The survey is not accessible or does not exist Error

Hello all - 

I created a simple survey and made it accessible to everyone in my organization but no one else can view the survey. I have tried sharing the link, QR code, and had my colleagues search for it but it doesn't show up. When using the link, they get the following error: "The survey is not accessible or does not exist. Please ensure the signed in user can access this survey and that the survey link is correct". I have searched through similar questions and tried everything that has been suggested but it is still not working. I have ensured both files are shared with my organization and that they are in the same folder that has the same name. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This usually happens when the survey form and the hosted feature layer are not shared with the same permissions. In Survey123, both the survey item and its related hosted feature layer must be shared with the organization. Also check that the survey is not using a secured web map, layer, or group that your colleagues cannot access. After updating sharing settings, reopen the survey from the Survey123 website and copy the new link again, as old links sometimes continue pointing to inaccessible items.
