Add a secondary title to a Survey123 form?

Is there a way to add a secondary title (subtitle) to Survey123 form?

Idea: Subtitle beneath main form title

You can.  However in my experience it doesn't work the best for the field app, but it does work nicely in the web app.

In Connect you can make a note field and name it "generated_note_form_title"  and then use html formatting in the label field. Format something like this to get you started:

<div class="text" style="margin-left:12px;">
      Main Title Here
      <div class="text" style="margin-left:8px;">
          Secondary Title Here
      </div>
    </div>

 Not sure if this can be done in the web designer.
