Request Time Out (Gateway Timed-Out)

Hi All,

I'm trying to publish a survey through survey123 web designer to our ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 however, we are getting the error 504 gateway timed out. 

We are able to publish the survey through connect and can publish a regular hosted feature service. We have also given the domain exceptions in the firewall as per the following document: https://trust.arcgis.com/en/documents/REV_AGOL_Domain_Requirements.pdf  however, we are still encountering the issue. 

Any input would be helpful.

@JEMOO-01 A similar issue for BUG-000183157 was fixed in the recent March release of Survey123.

If you are still encountering this issue then I would advise you discuss it with your Technical Support team.
