I cannot work on Survey123 Connect offline

Hello,
I have an issue when working offline. Whenever I try to update the form, I get this message. I sometimes need to work offline, so this is causing a problem for me.

You can't work offline.
A survey, once published, can work offline if configured correctly.
But you won't get far by developing a survey offline.
