Open attachments in one survey from another survey (edit mode)

I saw another post about this same thing, but it was years ago and there was no resolution.

Anyway.

I have a Survey123 Connect (v3.22.49) that's public, where residents can submit requests and upload attachments. I also have a second, internal survey connected to the same hosted feature layer in AGOL as the first survey.  The internal survey's embedded in a Dashboard so that staff can click one of the table items, and the record opens in the internal survey in edit mode.  From there, staff can see all the fields the resident completed, but for some reason it doesn't show any of their attachments, it just shows as though they didn't attach anything, but the pop-up in the map shows all the attachments no problem.  Is there something I need to change in the *.xlsx or is this just not going to work?  ChatGPT was useless, but I double checked the Hosted Feature Layer Views that each survey is pulling from had attachments enabled, and the attachment question were both given the same question name, 'ATTACHMENT', like it asked.

So I go into one of the XLSXs to add in the "query allowUpates=true" in the bind::esri:parameters column, as one of the guys mention in that thread you gave me, and it turns out that I did NOT give the resident attachment questions the same names on both surveys like I could swear I did.

I fixed the names in both XLSXs to be named "ATTACHMENT_RESIDENT" and voila, it works.
