Basemap Language problem

Question

Hi,

I would like to change my base maps language to English (ArcGIS Pro - concurrent license).  I am located in Kuwait. Changing settings in options/language does not work, any suggestion how to solve it?

Thank you but this solution is not working in may case. Even adding map from OpenStreetMap giving me arabic letters.
