Survey123 report api down?

survey123 reporting api seems to be suddenly not working for me. any one else experiencing issues?

I'm not using that API, but I'm getting 503 errors trying to access feature services at the moment, both through the web interface and through Python scripts.

Edit - Seems to be resolved now, issues lasted about 10-15 minutes.
