Is there an option to schedule surveys?

I am thinking about surveys that have to be completed to be completed one specific day and to make a user receive some sort of reminder or link for them to complete the survey.

Whether is it a link to open the survey from outlook or S123 automatically sending a notification.

is it possible to send a scheduled notice via outlook with a link to the survey? maybe it is also possible to only allow entry or progress in the app that is triggered by the current date - is the date your survey needs to occur something regular? like the 1st of the month or every 2nd tuesday or something like that?
